MINT (Floris van Minnen) is a DJ from Arnhem, The Netherlands, whose musical foundation is deeply influenced by jazz, funk, and disco.

Growing up surrounded by these sounds, he developed a strong sense of groove, rhythm, and musicality. These early influences continue to shape his approach behind the decks, where he focuses on flow, atmosphere, and movement. His sets are guided by a natural progression, blending warmth with a subtle but steady dance floor energy.

Rather than focusing on intensity, Mint builds his sound around timing and feel, allowing tracks to connect through rhythm and tone. This results in a style that feels both musical and functional, rooted in tradition but open to evolution.

With his first release on the NYMFIELD label, a new phase in his journey began. Since then, he has been steadily developing his identity as an artist, drawing from his background while exploring deeper and more refined directions within electronic music.
