Thönis is a producer and DJ from Maastricht shaping his place within the underground minimal house scene. His sound is built on deep basslines, warm atmospheres and precise, rolling rhythm. A focus on clarity and intention guides everything he creates.

Influenced by the character and groove of 90s and early 2000s house, he blends familiarity with a modern, spacious approach. His direction has been shaped by artists like Kolter, Chris Stussy and Prunk, while his own identity comes from detail, restraint and a steady sense of motion.

His music has appeared on labels such as Freeborn Records, Cymatic Records, OUTBOARD and rising imprints including JRDDC, Nymfield and DMD. Tracks like Momentum and Flow State have gained early support from names such as Mihai Popoviciu, Hector Couto and Michel de Hey, marking his growing presence within the scene.
